Having been a regular customer for more than 15 years, I would never consider using any company other than Shepard's. Their Professionalism, High Quality, and Pricing are all 2nd to None.

After 6 other companies simply failed to return a call for service or show up, Shepherd's Plumbing and Septic, not truly even local to me, showed up. Colin not only showed up but guided me on how to start the permit process. Colin is a professional with a strong work ethic. Their on-site work of a full tank amd drain field was expertly done and always respectful to my property. Don't call anyone else but Shepherd's Plumbing and Septic. Can't be more please woth the work and the great price

Had a commercial sink that was starting to take forever to drain and then back up. Tried everything on my own and then was referred to Shepard and thank God! They came out same day, cleared it quickly and even offered some additional information about other work needed that they discovered.

First time owning a septic tank on a property and we were able to get support in a timely manner (2 day turn around time). They took the time to really figure out what was wrong and even contact the Mobile County Health Department to verify the install. It was great having their support as my family and I transitioned to life here in Alabama. I can’t recommend them enough

Used them for an inspection on my new home purchase. The technician that came out and did the work was very helpful in telling me where my septic system was, what he saw during the inspection and even did the work in the pouring rain. The technician was very respectful and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who ask.

Called a few places and Shepherds where very accommodating to our schedule with next day service. Very friendly on the phone and pleasant to deal with , us being 1st timers. The gentleman (Bailey), they sent out was very helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. On top of needing my tank pumped he removed some blockage from an incoming line that was causing very slow drainage . Im quite happy with their service and will be a return customer as well as referrals when the situations arises . They are also priced very competitively so dont hesitate to call them when in need . Thank you to the good people at Shepard's Plumbing & Septic , you make homeownership alot easier !

Right on time! Y'all are awesome! I'm a plumber by trade but do not have a pump truck for septic service. Bailey did an excellent job and was so polite to wife. Thank you so much. I'll definitely be recommending Shepard's to everyone I know.
